Sallie Ligon Castello, born July 7, 1937, went to be with her Lord on February 21, 2013. A resident of Ethel, LA. Preceded in death by her husband Horace Hunter Castello, father John Ligon, Sr. and mother Florena Cotton Ligon. Survived by one son and his wife, John Henry and Edie Quinn Castello; two grandchildren, Matthew Castello and Holly Castello; one brother, John (Bud) Ligon, Jr. She is loved and remembered by all her nieces, nephews and many children that she had a hand in nurturing and raising. She was a member of Wilson Community Church and served in many capacities for the East Feliciana Council on Aging. Retired from Thurston Watts Sales and Services. A special thank you to all her devoted family caregivers for their faithful love and care, as well as the staff of Grace Health and Rehab.
