The very last time my cousins,Tommy and Helen visted Pgh.,we took them to all the usual tourist spots. On the way back to the airport, cousin Tommy asked me if their was anything else that he hadn't yet seen before they went home. I could only think of one. I then proceeded to take him down the steepest hill in Allegheny county, driving around thirty miles a hour. Cousin Tom had his hand pressed to the inside of the windshield yelling; "Please stop cuz, please!!" The city has long since barracaded that street at the top and bottom deeming it unsafe for veichle traffic. A few days later I found out my father took him down the exact same street the day before. Maybe you had to be there, but it still makes me laugh, thirtysome years later. The kindest, gentlest, most humblest of men,I will miss him dearly. My deepest sympathy to cousin Helen,Rosa, and Tommy. You have lost a good father and a great man.
