He died on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at age 59. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He loved to sing, always had a smile on his face, and he never met stranger. He was a member of the Nubian Kruzers United Motorcycle Club, and a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Thompson-Pero; his parents, James and Viney Pero; daughters, Topeka Randle (Louis), Turquoise Pero, Tenia Dorsey (DeWayne), Tacendius Manchester (Michael); sons, Randy Pero Jr. (Ashley), Dallas Pero; stepson Leroy Thompson; sister, Magdelene Honore (Milton); brothers, Leroy Pero (Barbara), Charles Pero (Jacqulyn); and 14 grandchildren. Preceded in death by Alex Pero, paternal and maternal maternal grandparents. Viewing at Hall's Celebration Center on Monday, May 5, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with family hours from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Visitation continues on Tuesday, May 6, from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev.
