Alma Leonard Obituary

Alma Jean Brown Leonard died on August 15 2016 at Baton Rouge General Hospital on Bluebonnet. Alma Jean Brown Leonard was born on October 12 1965 into the loving arms of Lucille Brown and Amos Wheeler. She attended church at an early age; Second Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. She leaves to mourn: daughter, Barbara Brown, son Travis Brown, beloved husband, Michael Leonard, three grandkids Kenneth Brown, Jacob Brown Travinekia Hall, step daughter, two sisters Nolan Albertha Miles and Laura Mason Jackson, three brothers Thaddeus Combs Louis Mason Jr, Clarence George Mason, two brothers in law Richard l miles Ebenezer Jackson, eight nieces and four nephews. She had a host of great nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Amos Wheeler, mother Lucille Brown Mason, one sister Linda Gail Mason, one son Major Payton Brown Jr, grandmother Ora Lee Brown, great grandmother Laura Williams, and a great aunt Bertha Mae Williams.
