Bill & I are so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. What a huge amount of Zachary history she knew. She always answered those historical questions & remembered names & stories of each person without hesitation. When she spoke at events she did not need notes....she knew it. Watching her transcribe old letters & documents that were handwritten was quite something. As an aside, my Mama told me Betty was the first person to hold me after I was born. Rest in Peace lovely lady & God bless her family.
