Bonnett Fleming Jr. (Nett, Uncle Jr., Uncle B), born May 30, 1945 in Baton Rouge, LA, was the fourth child and only son of Bonnett Sr. and Fannie Fleming. Bonnett departed this life at the home of his niece, Jennifer G. Burgess. He is survived by three sisters, Kathryn F. Simeus of Aurora, CO, Annie F. Gaines of Baton Rouge, LA, and Verine F. Street of Baton Rouge, LA/ Newark, DE; nephew, Rodney Spruel (Mary) of Ashburn, VA; two great-nephews, Luke and Aaron Hall of Newark, DE; nieces, Nathalia S. Fields (Darren) of Aurora, CO, Jennifer G. Burgess of Denham Springs, LA, Kim C. Hall (Stanley) of Newark, DE, and Jan E. Gaines of Baton Rouge, LA. Preceded in death by parents, Bonnett Sr. and Fannie Fleming; sister, Alice F. Williams; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and devoted friends. Bonnett was a graduate of Capitol High School. The Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the Church of Christ on 1414 N. 32 Street, Baton Rouge, LA.
