A retired photographer and resident of Greenwell Springs, he died Monday, Sept. 16, 2013, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 65 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Greenwell Springs Baptist Church on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. until service at noon, conducted by Brother George Threeton. Survived by his brother, Terry Tullis and family. Preceded in death by his mother, Alice W. Tullis; and father, Charles W. Tullis. He was a member of Greenwell Springs Baptist Church and Men 2 Sunday School Class.
