May 13, 1959 - Feb. 20, 2013 David Bachus Julian, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Slidell, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the age of 53. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Bachus Julian; his sister, Michele Julian Brown and his brother, Allen Joseph Julian (Tiffany Karr); friends, Ava Bergeron, Marie, Harold, Scott, and Holly Guillot. David was preceded in death by his father, Al Julian, his brother, Thomas P. Julian; grandparents, Thomas and Gladys (Ga) Bachus and Marie and Paul Julian. David was a retiree of the Orleans Parish School Board. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 12:00 Noon. Rev. Bradley A. Drew of Mount Olive Lutheran Church, officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Animal Rescue of New Orleans, 271 Plauche St., New Orleans, LA 70123. Condolences may be expressed online at www.schoencanalstreet.com.
