May God comfort the Rabalais Family as only He can. I worked 18 years for Mrs. Dora Rabalais in the Legal Programs Department, as an Inmate Counselor while I was incarcerated at Angola. She was a wonderful Supervisor, who took care of her "Guys", as she told each Warden at the prison. What a brilliant Lady. Rest In Peace Mrs. Rabalais.
Peace and Blessings to the Family!!

Miss Dora helped me many times when I worked at Angola. She was always professional, knowledgeable, and a walking history book of the numerous rules in prison legal matters. She was always fair to everyone. Will be praying for the family.
