Dorothy Elaine Anderson Netterville, 82, longtime resident of Gloster, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018, at her residence near Gloster. She was born September 16, 1935 in Centreville, MS., the daughter of James B. Anderson and Dorothy White Anderson. She married D.M. ""Sonny"" Netterville Jr., July 1, 1955, and was a devoted wife, homemaker, and mother. Her hobbies were cooking, baking, and reading. She was a faithful member of Centreville United Methodist Church and was most famous at their fellowship lunches for her pineapple casserole and chicken pot pie. She is survived by two daughters, Karen N. McCartney and husband Robert; Cindy N. Etheridge and husband Dale; and one son James D. Netterville; two grandchildren, Samantha McCartney Pellichino and husband Matthew, and Jousha Etheridge and wife Jordan; one great grandson Mason Cole Pellichino; and two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Anderson and Sharon A. Dooley. She is preceded in death by her parents, James B. Anderson and Dorothy White Anderson, her husband D.M. (Sonny) Netterville, and one son D.M. ""Buddy"" Netterville lll. Visitation is Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS., from 9:30 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, at the funeral home, officiated by Bro. Chelsae Knight. Interment will follow in Roseland Cemetery in Gloster.
