Jacob David LaBauve, a native of Franklin, LA and a resident of Prairieville, LA, passed away on December 29, 2016 at the age of 32. Jacob was a graduate of Hanson Memorial and Southeastern University. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by many. He is survived by his wife, Kristi LaBauve and two daughters, Gabrielle and Avery; his mother, Lisa Callegan and husband Steffan; his father, Darrell LaBauve; his brother, Joseph LaBauve and wife Lauren; two nephews, Jett and Jack; maternal grandmother, Jeannine Sanders; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins. Jacob is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, G.W. LaBauve; paternal grandmother, Doris C. Bullock; and maternal grandfather, Joseph Hochong. Visitation will be held at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 15615 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA, on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 9:30am until mass of Christian burial at 11:30am. Jacob a wonderful husband, father and neighbor. I will always remember our across the street conversations about family, work, weather and the most welcomed weekends. He was kind and had a smile and personality that would brighten your day. May his soul rest in peace. Kristi your Wrenwood family are here for you and your beautiful girls.
