Jason Gregory Dozier, 42, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016. Born in Dallas, Texas, Jason also resided in Houston, Texas; Brooklyn, New York, and most recently, New Orleans, Louisiana. Jason is survived by his loving and devoted grandmother, Adair Ellis Dunn and his brother, Joseph Cain Harris (Lauren), and niece Hailie; Aunts: Ursula Dunn Howell (Kenny), Dana Dunn Terrio (David), Kathy Dunn Watkins, Sandy Dunn Sanders (Randy), Sherry Dunn Haydel (Dale), Stacie Dunn Ordoyne (Kirk) as well as his uncle, Kerry Dunn (Sheila). He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray Bernard Dunn. Our family is so saddened to lose him, but take solace in the happy memories which will remain with us always. In his earlier years, Jason was a successful disc jockey; composing music with many well known musicians. Over the past decade, he held the position of Senior Trial Consultant at Impact Trial Consulting, LLC , and as Trial Consultant with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, and Flom, LLP and Affiliates and FTI Consulting. It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed. Deuteronomy 31:8. A memorial was held at Rose Lynn Funeral Home, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA on Saturday, December 31, 2016 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity.
