Madison,
Since the beginning of my friendship with you and John in 2010 from our going out to restaurants together, to barbecues, cook-outs, and watching football games together, and, to just hanging out/visiting with you and John at your home I have personally watched you over the years so lovingly care for John. Yes, John was your love. But, most importantly, John's needs were always number one to your needs what a true, loving, and faithful wife you were to John.
While no words of condolences can lighten your heart, do know that all of Heaven was filled with joy upon John's arrival.
What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more laugh, or one more visit with John. You may not understand why John was chosen by God to be taken from this earth so soon, or why he left before you were ready to say good-bye to him. But, little by little, you will begin to remember not just that John died, but that he lived and that his life gave you memories too beautiful to forget. Yes, John will be greatly missed by you, his family and friends.
I hope that Our Lord brings you and your family the much-needed peace during this sad time. My condolences to you and your family.
Know, that our friendship will continue with our daily telephone calls, our visits, and our hanging out together.
Your friend and sister in Christ,
