A native of Bogalusa and resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2013 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 59 and a Manager at WTQT 94.9 Radio Station. Visiting at A. Hamilton Platinum Funeral Home, 2055 Wooddale Blvd., on Friday, Oct. 18 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. Visiting at Bethany World Prayer Center South Campus on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 10 am until service at 11 am. Interment in Bogalusa Cemetery, Bogalusa. He is survived by his devoted wife, Demetres Tate Hill; two loving children, Randon D. and Darlesha W. Hill; a special granddaughter whom he was rearing J'Hayla Patrez Hill; grandson, Elijah Randall Hill; devoted mother, Doris Hill; siblings, Gilda (Birdie) Davis, Shelia (James) Warner, Joelnetta Collins; Rickey Hill, Dollie Wilson, Kirk (Rehee) Hill, Lisa (Vernell) Jackson, Stacy Martin, Kyren (Donald) Ladner, Stephanie Martin and Kiley Martin; cousin, Margaret (Theodore) Scott; mother-in-law, Josie (Terrance) Durousseau; brother-in-law, Avery (Rykel) Tate; and nieces, nephews, uncles, other relatives and friends.
