Kaleb Vincent Collette was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on September 7, 1987. He gained his wings July 11, 2016, at 28 years old due to a motor vehicle accident. He was a lifelong resident of Kentwood, Louisiana. Kaleb worked in the construction industry starting at the age of 15 building scaffolds. Kaleb loved life, his family and his friends. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone he could. He is survived by his main men, his sons, Justin Levi Collette, Austin Reed Collette, and Tristan Kane Collette all of Zachary, Louisiana. His parents, Luke and Melinda Collette, his brother John Brent and wife Megan Collette, Brother Dakota Collette, San Diego, California. Paternal Grandmother Katherine Collette of Butte Rose, Louisiana. Two nieces and nephew that will miss their Uncle Bald something terrible. Harlin Mae and Westin Collette of Kentwood, La, Ashton Collette of San Diego, California. And his Fiancée Abbey Finch. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and special friend Meghan Whittington. He was Preceded in death by paternal Grandfather Forrest Collette and his maternal Grandparents John D. and Laura Belle Felker and Billy and Juanita Felker. Per Kaleb's request there will be no funeral services, there will be a farewell party Saturday, July 16th at the home of Tommy and Sherry Day beginning at 1pm.
