Romans 8:38 Lauralie was born August 4, 1940 in Alexandria and passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at her residence in Baton Rouge. She was a French teacher for 35 years, having taught at LSU, Southeastern University, William Woods College in Fulton, MO and Audubon Elementary for the past 18 years. She received her BA from Northwestern State University and an MA plus 30 from LSU. She was married Gary Munson for 43 years; and is survived by her sister, Virginia Lou Brumbley, of Hudson, FL, nephews, Dr. Hunter Brumbley, Kalamazoo, MI, Normand Brumbley, Clarksville, TN, Neill Normand, Shreveport, and Matthew Normand, Denver, CO; and a niece, Valerie Normand, Spokane, WA. Preceded in death by her parents, Hunter Joseph Normand and Eva Ceola Irwin; brothers: Hunter Joseph Normand, Jr., William Normand, and Richard Edmond Normand; sisters: Patricia Normand and Judith Ann Normand. Visiting will be Friday, September 27, 2013 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, from 7 pm until 9 pm. Visiting will resume on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at St. Alban's Chapel, on the corner of Highland Road at Dalrymple Drive on the campus of LSU (parking in rear) from 9 am until funeral at 10 am conducted by Rev. Drew Rollins. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be her niece and nephews.
