Everyone who knew her loved her vibrant spirit and zest for life. She always tried to do whatever she could for others. She would put her head down and place her hand on her hips and shake her arthritic finger just so that we knew she meant business. The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Keith Landry, the doctors and staff at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, as well as the sitters and staff at Cardinal Hospice. Thank you also to friends and neighbors for prayers and concern. Donations may be made in memory of Lee Ann to . 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
