Marilyn Ann Edwards, 66, a resident of East Baton Rouge Parish, died peacefully on April 21, 2018, at Our Lady of the Lake Medical Center. She is survived by her son, Anthony "Tony" Chatman; two daughters, Lynette Chatman and Krystle Smith; five grandchildren, Stephen, Gregory, Chelsie, Toni, and Kaiden; six great-grandchildren, two brothers, Edward Walker and Billy Willis; three sisters, Marsha Nelson, Judy Magwood, and Jayne Willis. She is preceded in death by her husband Arthur "Flip" Edwards; her parents Rev. Willie H. and Annie Pelichet-Willis; and her grandparents Henry and Ella Pelichet. Visitation will be from 1p.m. to 5p.m. on Friday April 27, 2018 at Hall Davis & Sons Funeral Home, 9348 Scenic Hwy Baton Rouge, LA 70807, and from 8a.m. to 10a.m. Saturday April 28, 2018, at New Gideon Baptist Church, 2552 Balis Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70808, and funeral service will immediately follow.
