Nicky and Cindy and family, I am so sorry for ya'll loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this time of sorrow. From my experience with losing both of my parents within 3 months of one another I found complete comfort in keeping them alive by talking about them or a memory with my family and especially with the kids.

I an so sorry for the families loss. "Aunt Mary" was a special lady to me, besides being my God Mother she was always fun to be around when I was a kid growing up in Napoleonville. You could feel the love when Visiting her and Uncle George. Visiting them was a trip that we all loved to go on. Uncle George with his deep voice and Aunt Mary with her loving voice and their great outlook on life made a great team. We looked forward to sneaking in his garage to snoop around and we loved to eat Aunt Mary's food. I had the chance to see her on last Saturday, the day before she passed on and of course her blue rosary was right by her head. I began to pray the rosary and she would open her eyes every time I would start a new decade and say the words "Hail Mary". When I finished she again opened her eyes as though to look at me and say "job well done" and then fell back to sleep. What a woman of faith. I am honored to have known and loved her. David Gauthe'
