A resident of Baton Rouge, he died Jan. 12, 2013 at Villa Feliciana Medical Complex, Jackson, La. He was 60. Visiting at Promised Land Baptist Church, 7234 Plank Rd., on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Interment in Hope Cemetery. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Latisha Green (Irvin) and Latosha Weatherspoon (Frank); 2 sons, Desmond Lang (Cassandra) and Rodrick Lang (Pasha); 4 sisters, Florida Brown (Larry), Elaine Beeks, Elaine McNeill (William) and Rebecca Ferguson (James); 2 brothers, Bobby Lang and Raymond Lang (Diane); and 8 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Johnson Lang; parents, Rayfield and Lugenia Nixon Lang; 2 brothers, Thomas Lang and Lionel Holiday; and 1 brother-in-law, Reginald Beeks.
