Wanda Katherine Cosnahan a native of Louisville, Kentucky and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017 at her residence at the age of 75. She volunteered at the Baton Rouge Little Theater and received numerous awards. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Juanita Roth; her sister, Flora King. Wanda is survived by her husband E. Eugene Cosnahan; two sons, Bryan Cosnahan and his wife Tami and Mark Cosnahan; grandchildren, Hunter, Hudson, Harrison and Isabel; great-granddaughter, Adeline. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 9 am- 10 am. Memorial services will begin at 10 am.

So sorry to learn of Wanda's passing. I've been trying to get in touch ever since Harvey hit in the area. My memories of Wanda spending the night on some weekends, going to church at Shawnee Christian and having a big meal followed by fresh strawberries and ice cream. I volunteered at the Neighbor House on Market Street where she worked as an Art instructor. They were good times. You and your family are in my prayers

My heart is broken! I am so sad to learn of Mrs. Wanda's passing. She was such a remarkable lady and a true friend, full of spirit and always smiling. She had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. I will forever cherish the wonderful times spent with her and Mr. Gene. Please know that my prayers are with you for strength, comfort and peace.
