So sorry to learn of Wanda's passing. I've been trying to get in touch ever since Harvey hit in the area. My memories of Wanda spending the night on some weekends, going to church at Shawnee Christian and having a big meal followed by fresh strawberries and ice cream. I volunteered at the Neighbor House on Market Street where she worked as an Art instructor. They were good times. You and your family are in my prayers

My heart is broken! I am so sad to learn of Mrs. Wanda's passing. She was such a remarkable lady and a true friend, full of spirit and always smiling. She had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh. I will forever cherish the wonderful times spent with her and Mr. Gene. Please know that my prayers are with you for strength, comfort and peace.
