December 1955-March 2014. Tara W. Dark, born Tara Anne Hill, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at The Carpenter House Hospice in Baton Rouge. Tara was a talented fine artist and graphic designer, and co-owner with her husband Stan Dark for over 20 years at The Image Source, an award-winning design firm in Baton Rouge. Tara was preceded in death by her parents Henry H. (Cotton) and Evelyn Goff Hill, and was the beloved wife of Stan Dark for 22 years. Tara will forever be remembered by her son Thomas "Hank" Wallace and wife Emily, her brother Randy Hill and wife Patsy, and her grandchildren Dani Leigh, Emma Claire, Macy and Wyatt, along with countless other friends and family. She touched the lives of many people with her unique wit and loving spirit, and will be greatly missed. Friends and family are invited to drop by an Open House memorial at 2102 Maple Ridge Ave. in Baton Rouge on Sat., March 22 between 2:00 - 6:00 pm, where Tara's memory will be honored through the fellowship of those that loved her. The family requests that any memorial donations be sent to the wonderful caregivers at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice, 10615 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.
