Born on March 4, 1924, recently celebrated her 90th birthday surrounded by her family. Native & Lifelong Resident of Livonia. Retired Pointe Coupee Parish School Board, Regional Avon Representatative and Homemaker. She was a woman of strong faith, always putting others needs before hers. Beautiful, Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister & Aunt. Member of St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters of America, Past-Grand Marshall of Livonia Carnival Association. Visiting will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church in Livonia on Monday March 24, 2014 from 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial in the church at 1 pm. Conducted by Rev. Todd Lloyd. Entombment in St. Francis Cabrini Mausoleum. She is survived by 4 Daughters & 3 Sons-in-Law, Gayle Chustz Aguillard and Husband Clifton, Gerlyn Miller & Husband Merlin, Debra Davis & Husband, Don, all of Livonia, Mona Jewell, of Addis, and Fiance' Thomas Kline, Jr., 3 Daughters-in-law, Jeanette Hurdle Chustz, Gayle Freneaux Chustz and Peggy Porche Chustz, a Sister, Thelma Gonzales Sweetland of Baton Rouge, 21 Grand-children, 47 Great-Grandchildren & 12 Great-Great Grandchildren, a dedicated niece Bobbie Bizette and numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by, her parents, Joseph Didier Gonzales and Angelina Chustz Gonzales, husband Sidney Chustz, three sons, James Elton Chustz, Sr., Sidney Wayne Chustz, John Steven ""Tootie"" Chustz, Sr., a Grandson, Joseph Darian Chustz, a Great-Grandson, Jacob Luke Meche, 4 Brothers, Sidney Gonzales, Roland Gonzales, Tony Gonzales, Nick Gonzales, 3 sisters, Selma G. Vallet, Mable G. David, Nelma G. Stilley. Pallbearers will be Grandsons: Jamie Chustz, Austin Chustz, Scott Chustz, Chris Chustz, Johnny Chustz, Greg Aguillard, Jimmy Miller, Matt Miller, Chad Davis, Jonathan Davis, Dustin Jewell.
