Another angel earned her wings to heaven at 2:33am on Sunday, the 30th of March when Nancy Elizabeth Benthall Matherne placed her hand in God's after a hard fought battle with cancer. Nancy was 59 years of age. Nancy left many loved ones including her husband of 19 years, Raymond Matherne; Nancy's brother, Ronald Benthall; and her sister, Deborah Jean Benthall; as well as many dear and loving friends and relations. Nancy joins her mother, Wilma Jean Benthall; and her father Howell Loyd Benthall in God's graces. She will be sorely missed. Nancy chose cremation for her remains.
