A resident of Denham Springs passed away at her home on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the age of 86. She retired from the Brevard County Florida school system where she was an educator with twenty-five years of service. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs beginning at 3:00pm. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Tullos Jones at 5:00pm. Private burial services will be held at a later date. She is survived by children, Marilyn Talley, Brent Talley and spouse Karen, Martha Underwood and spouse Mike, and Melinda McPherson and spouse John, Dr. David Wei and spouse Li, eleven grandchildren, Kristin Underwood, Brent McPherson, Kathryn Braun, Mitchell McPherson, Kennon Talley, Lessye Cam, Sasha Warren, Chelsey Garner, Cassidy Talley, Alice Wei and Amanda Wei, three great grandchildren, Cora McPherson, Zoey Cam and Addison Cam, two brothers, James Brent and spouse Marilyn and Michael Brent. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Clyde and Lessye Orlean Brent, spouse J.C. Talley, two infant daughters, brother, Robert Brent and sister, Sue Pitts.
