A ceremony celebrating the life of Mr. Jerrell William Ingalls will be held at 7 pm on Thursday May 15, 2014 in the chapel of Seale Funeral Home; visitation will begin at 5 pm until 9 pm. Mr. Ingalls was born in Alvin, Texas on July 7, 1937 to the union of George W. and Pearlie Mae Jeter Ingalls and departed from this life on Friday May 9, 2014 at The Carpenter House of Saint Joseph Hospice at the age of 76 years. He was a resident of Livingston; retired Welder with Locals 798 and 198; a current Ironworker's Union Welder with Ironworkers Local 623; he served in the U. S. Navy; he enjoyed motorcycles especially Harley Davidsons; he really enjoyed working, and through his work got to travel all over the world working, even with his brother; he was strong in his Faith, and had a passion for gospel music and having conversations and discussion about his Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Pearlie Ingalls, granddaughter Ashley Nicole McCardle, sister Delma Tyrrell and his 2nd wife Bonita Ingalls. Survivors include his children Jerry Ingalls, Jeri Forbis, Debbie, Bonnie, George and Matthew Ingalls; his brother Marion "M J" Ingalls; his sister Sammie Dugas; grandchildren Jerrell, Garrett, Heath, Anthony, Sierra, Alexis and Dakota; great grandchildren Jonah, Nathan and Evangeline; also survived by his 1st wife Barbara Ingalls; nieces and nephews.
