Adine Kendrick Devall "Dee", 84, a lifelong resident of Pride, LA, died on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She was retired, after working for over 30 years as a schoolbus driver for East Baton Rouge Parish School Board. Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary, LA on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 from 5pm until 8pm and then on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at the Bethel United Methodist Church from 9am until funeral services at 11am, conducted by Rev. Gene Rives. Burial will be at the church cemetery. She is survived by four daughters: Beverly Devall of Metairie; Geraldine Kelly of Metaire; Janell Bosarge and her husband Ben Bosarge of Baton Rouge; Glenda Hannaman and her husband Delma Hannaman of Pride; one son, Richard Devall and his wife Sue Devall of Pride; eleven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, L. E. Devall, parents Tomie and Nettie Kendrick, sister Henrietta Cupit and brother Harnie Kendrick. Pallbearers will be Jon Devall, Jason Hannaman, Myles Hannaman, William Devall, Connor Gerage, Paul Ellender, Karlin Kelly and Chad Kelly. She loved nature, especially flowers and hummingbirds.
