Marie S. Cline went to her eternal reward on June 6, 2014. A resident of Baton Rouge since 1975, she was a native of New York City. She died peacefully at home at the age of 81. Marie devoted her life to animal rescue. Survived by daughter, Diane Cline of Baton Rouge, son Michael Cline of South Carolina and her niece, Elizabeth Reiman of Colorado. Preceded in death by her husband James Cline, son Charles Cline, sister Josephine Hartman, brother Harry Slevin and parents, Mary Slevin and Henry Slevin. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
