My heart hurts as I, Tiffany Hyatt Theriot, am devastated to share that my Mother, Barbara Thompson also known as Mrs. BB, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 after a short and unexpected illness. She was with me when I took my first breath and I was with her when she took her last. She is gone from our physical presence but leaves behind many who will miss her dearly. She had four Grandchildren and one Greatgrandson; Clinton Hyatt III, Kathleen Theriot, April Theriot Haldeman married to John Haldeman, Collette Theriot and August Monson. She was not only a good Mother and Grandmother but big sister to Garnett Thompson, Roy Thompson and Laura Parker. She was also a great friend to those she loved and a guardian of many animals whom she rescued, and cared for. We are not ready to live without her but we will adjust slowly and enjoy looking for the signs that she will leave to show us that she is eternally watching over us. "Thank you for being in this world and bringing us with you on your journey. This journey has ended and your next one has begun, but we will look for the reflection of your angel wings twinkling in the sky now that you have decided it's time to fly." The visitation and service for Mrs. BB is Saturday at St Aloysius Church, 2025 Stuart Ave, Baton Rouge 70808. Visitation begins at 10 am until the service at 12 pm.
The Guest Book is expired.
