Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lebeau, LA, for Mr. Michael Wayne Tanner, 49, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, July 10, 2014 in Lebeau, LA. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Lebeau, LA. Mr. Tanner is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mojorie Rubin Tanner of Lebeau, LA; six brothers, Jimmy Tanner (Gail) of Melville, LA, Andrus Tanner of Opelousas, LA, Jerry Tanner (Ellen) of Lebeau, LA, Kenneth Tanner (Elnora) of Plaucheville, LA, Dennis Tanner (Tina) of Melville, LA and Randy Tanner of Lebeau, LA; eight sisters, Doretha Rubin of Opelousas, LA, Barbara Hatcher (Billy) of Washington, LA, Shirley Tanner of Bunkie, LA, Patricia Tanner of Lebeau, LA, Brenda Tanner of Beggs, LA, Carolyn Pickney (Jackie) of Opelousas, LA, Deborah Tanner of Opelousas, LA and Stephanie Tanner of Houston, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. Mr. Tanner was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Tanner, Sr.; a brother, Eugene Tanner, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Lamar & Oline Rubin and paternal grandparents, Willie Tanner, Sr. & Ivory Tanner and aunts and uncles. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lebeau, LA.
