He passed away at 10:45 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2014, at age 49. He was a native and resident of Baton Rouge. Funeral services will be held at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church, Alsen, La., at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, with visiting from 8 a.m. The Rev. Stanley L. Plain Sr. will officiate. Interment will be in Southern Memorial Gardens under the direction of Carney & Mackey Funeral Home. Survivors include his wife, Sandra C. Plain; and daughter, Kayla M. Plain.
