Genevieve "Charlie" Miceli Nealy passed away at her home in Baton Rouge on August 9, 2014 at 6:40 in the evening at the age of 71. Visitation was held Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA. A funeral mass and Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 445 Marquette Ave, Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 10:00 in the morning. Visitation will precede the mass starting at 9:00 a.m. Genevieve is survived by her husband, Dr. Wrendell R. Nealy, Sr of Baton Rouge, her sons, Wrendell Nealy, Jr, and wife, Susan Nealy, of Houston, Texas and Christopher Nealy and wife Megan Nealy of Baton Rouge, LA, her daughter, Erin Nealy Cox and husband Trey Cox of Dallas, Texas; her step-daughters, Liz Nealy Morgan and husband Don of St. Francisville, LA and Nan Nealy of Mandeville, LA, her sister, Christine Tam and husband Billy Tam of Baton Rouge, LA; her brother, Joseph Miceli and wife Claire Miceli, of Baton Rouge; her sister-in-law, Kay Tate, her mother, Stella Miceli of Baton Rouge, LA, 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Genevieve was preceded in death by her father, Angelo Joseph Miceli, Sr. , and her brother, Angelo Joseph Miceli;, Jr. The pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. The family gives special thanks to Pat Matthews, Jeanette Williams and Liz Trask. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society,
