Darlene,
As soon as I heard of the passing of Mr. Freeman, I immediately reflected upon the countless times you and your father visited my father, the late Pinkey Lawrence. You can calling many times bearing gifts for my parents. Mr. Freeman would come and spend the day setting, talking and watching TV with my father. When my father was in the hospital, Mr Freeman was there. My sisters and mother pause now to celebrate Mr. Freeman's life, and to send condolences to you and your family. May God bless.

TO THE FREEMAN FAMILY:
For the Christian, as we know Uncle Son Baby most certainly was, death means transitioning to Heaven and spending eternity with the Lord. Remember your father's generous heart and unwavering love for each of you. He is now where we should all long to be...in the presence of Almighty God forevermore. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Prayerfully yours,
Mary Evelyn Pickens and Family

Uncle Son Baby was one of the most generous, thoughtful, and compassionate people I have ever known. I thank God for allowing me to be in a close relationship with him for several years, and I'm grateful that my children and grandson were able to bond with him as well. I'll cherish our times of laughter, his words of wisdom, and his sincere expressions of faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. I'll fondly remember him as an honorable man who genuinely loved his family, friends, and most importantly, God. May those who mourn his passing at this time be comforted by the precious Holy Spirit. And may the peace of God, which passes all understanding, surround and consume you daily.
"See you on that great day, Uncle! I miss you much!"
From the heart,
Fathiya Freeman Davis
