Michael Sky Bihm, 36 years old, of Maurepas, Louisiana, passed away, Friday, November 9, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospice Carpenter House in Baton Rouge, La. He was born on Wednesday, December 24, 1975, in Baton Rouge, La., son of Michael Bihm and Toni Darbonne Bihm. At the time of his illness he was an electrical contractor. Sky loved to hunt, but deep sea fishing with his cousin Ryan was his favorite pastime. His dog "Pistol" was always by his side. He is survived by his son, Austin Paul Bihm, daughter, Rebecca Ann Bihm, son, Grant Michael Bihm, father, Michael Bihm, mother, Toni Darbonne Bihm, sister, Lacy Cornett and husband Blaise, brother, Matthew Bihm, 3 nieces, 2 nephews, aunt, Liz Morris, aunt, Monique Irby and husband Joel, uncle, Keith Darbonne and wife Becky, uncle, Donald Bihm and wife Dianne, uncle, Tommy Bihm and wife Arlene, uncle, Joey Bihm and wife Tammy and numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Jules and Geraldine Deville, maternal grandparent, Anthony Darbonne, paternal grandparents, Abe and Betty Bihm, and brother-in-law, James Paul Lambert, who died for his country in Iraq, May 25, 2004. Friends will be received Sunday, November 11, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula. Visitation will resume on Monday, November 12, 2012 from 9:00 am until Mass begins at 11:00 am at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Whitehall, La. Mass will be held at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Jason Palermo officiating. Interment will follow in the Whitehall Cemetery, Whitehall, Louisiana.
