Ms. Fay,
I only read about Mr. Ted this afternoon and I am so sorry that I couldn't be there to pay my last respect. It was my privilege to work with him at LSU games and talked to him from time to time at your stand in the Mainstreet Market. I will definitely missed him and will keep you and your family in my prayer. God Blessed.

Mr Milligan was a great man. He was an excellent Scout Master. I was very fortunate to see Mr. Milligan often after our scouting days. What impressed me was how much time he spent with Mrs Milligan particularly in St Francisville showcasing her art. He will be missed

My heart goes out to the Milligan family. I known Ted Since 1983 I had the pleasure to work with 83-87 .And later work for him. 94-03 .Ted was a great man he trained me in my early days at the dealer Miller Terrell on Mercedes. Ted loved to tell jokes I think he had 1 for everyday. I will miss him dearly. Working at Milligan & Son was the best job & times I ever had. Ted will always be in my thoughts & Prayers forever. God Bless!
