A native of Arbrath and resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at Earl K. Long Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. He retired from Gilmar Marine Services and was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. Visiting at Greater Arlington Baptist Church, 5445 Nicholson Drive, Baton Rouge on Friday, Mar. 8 from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Rev. Henry Lamb, Jr. Interment in Winnfield Memorial Park, 7221 Plank Road, Baton Rouge.
