Larry Mark Gros, 54, was entrusted to God's loving care on Sunday, April 7, 2013 in Denham Springs. Mark was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. His loving compassion and devotion to his family and those he loved never went unnoticed. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, helping others without hesitation, and "fixing things". His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and playing with his grandsons. Mark was an incredibly hard worker and had an innate ability for lifting others up through encouraging words and praise. He truly had an impact on every person he met and many lives were changed for the better for having known him. He was a strong Christian and had an amazing relationship with the Lord and firmly believed in sharing the word of God. He was a native of Labadieville, LA and a 19-year resident of Denham Springs. Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Saturday April 13, from noon until service at 3 p.m. with Pastor Darryl Merideth officiating. Pallbearers will be Ricky, Steve and Billy Gros, David Glover, Brandon Wilkins, Johnny Stockton, Kevin Coupel and Conrad "Tooker" Babin. Mark is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jill Babin Gros; daughters and sons-in-law, Sunnie and David Glover, and Jordyn and Brandon Wilkins; grandsons Zane, Huntley and expecting soon, Weston Glover, all of Denham Springs; parents, Lawrence and Billie Jo Gros, Labadieville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Conrad "Jackie" and Vera Babin, Labadieville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Connie Gros, Ricky and Tammy Gros, Billy and Stacy Gros; sister Sandra Vernor, sister and fiancé, Jacqueline Gros and Eddie Boeker, sister-in-law Janet Gros and life companion Harvey Landry, sister-in-law, Judy Chiasson, sister and brother-in-law Mickey and Chris Ordoyne, sister and brother-in-law Holly and Kevin Coupel, brother and sister-in-law Conrad "Tooker" and Elizabeth Babin. Mark is also survived by an honorary granddaughter Madison Gros, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister Debra Gros, brother Michael J.
