Thelma Lowe departed this life and entered into eternal rest on August 18, 2013 at the age of 88. She was the daughter of the late Ethel & Samuel Williams, Beloved wife of the late Earl Lowe Sr., and Mother of the late Thelma Jean Hughes and Gaynell Wilson. Thelma is survived by her two sons, Earl Lowe Jr. and Carl Lowe and her daughter, Ethel Johnson, an adopted daughter Sheila Alfred-Jacobs, and adopted son Julius Bennett (Junior). Her grandchildren, Shalom Jenkins, Dana Rousseve, Brian Lowe, Stacy Alugas, Lionel Johnson, Jr., Santana Wilson, Tavares Wilson, Tyrone Wilson, Monique Hughes, Earl Lowe Ill, Eureal Lowe, Euricka Lowe, Angela Lowe, Ivan Lowe, Terrance Lowe, Brandi Lowe, Carl Sterling, Natasha Riley Noah, Joseph Sutton, Carl Williams, Carl Faggin and Cashmere Lewis. Her great grandchildren, Shaniqua Lowe, Naisheki Lowe, Quincy Lowe, Eureal Lowe, Jr., De'Anna Lowe, Alexis Lowe, Kori Rousseve, Khristan Rousseve, Alexandra Locure, Paige Alugas, Lionel Johnson Ill, Aniya Johnson, and Tajah Johnson, Darell Martin, Jovonta Robertson, Kevian Sutton, Quaran Sutton, Riley Lewis, Riley Noah and Y'vonne Dolce, Yvette Dolce, Angelo Dolce. Great-great grandchildren Amos Nelson and Eurlae' Lowe. Her devoted daughter in-law, Iria Williams. Her son in-law Lionel Johnson, Sr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Thelma Lowe was loved and will be missed by all. Relatives and friends of the family, the senior citizen of the Guste Holmes (High Rise), Members of the True Vine Missionary Baptist Church, The Mayor and Council Office for the City of Fort Worth Texas. Members of DFW/New Beginnings Church, Irving Texas, and Employees of Creative Concepts Hair Salon, are all invited to attend the Services at Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 1401 Simon Bolivar Avenue, New Orleans, La. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 10:00a.m. Officiating: Reverend Limakatso Nare.
