A resident of White Castle and a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, he died on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at his home. He was 44. Visiting at St. Mary Baptist Church, 32070 Dorcy Road, White Castle, on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at 9 AM until religious services at 11 AM, conducted by Rev. David Nelson. Interment in St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery, White Castle. He is survived by his parents, Ed, Sr. and Geraldine Coleman; two daughters, Malayha Coleman and Jermanecia Jordan; five sons, Edwin Morgan, Xavier Coleman, Javon Coleman, Mylan Anderson and Cordell Jordan; two sisters, Patricia Richardson and Carzette Coleman; one brother, Terry Coleman; and one grandchild Autumn Coleman.
