Joyce, sorry to hear about your husband's passing. My deceased wife, Dianne, worked with him at IRS before she started working with the Navy's Fleet and Family Services at NAS Jacksonville. I enjoyed getting to meet him through her, and to learn what a very nice and professional gentleman he was! Please Cherish the many years of memories of your happy marriage and family you both shared together.

Sincerely, Walden C. Parker Sr., Co Worker and Friend

I am so sorry for your loss, Joyce. I knew that Willie was struggling based on when you and I would run into each other, but I know that you miss the Willie that you once knew. I hope that you find comfort in Christ's love.

Joyce, our hearts go out to you. Just as you worked for the Corps and Willie for IRS, so did I and Bernadette. We were very similar especially in our beliefs. You will see him again!

I worked with Willie 15 years at District Counsel. He was a mentor but more importantly he was a friend. Willie always had a smile and liked to talk about cars. Joyce, take comfort knowing Willie is no longer suffering and is at peace . My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. John Silva
