My most sincere sympathy for all Ed's family, especially his children and grandchildren. Please know that your father and grandfather was loved and respected by so, so many people. I worked with him for many years at Dow and I know how great he was to work with. I always said he could have taken that whole plant apart and put it back together while he was blindfolded - that's how well he knew that place and what he was doing. Since I always lived in Michigan, I didn't get to see him often, but when I did see him, he was such a gentleman while being so fun to be with. I would know that voice anywhere! May God be merciful to his soul.

Holly, hope you are doing well. Thinking of you. I am willing to help you if there is anything I can do to help. Food, drive you some place, or just talk. Thank you for being there for your dad.

Condolences to the family. I had only know Ed since I moved here after Katrina but he was what I considered a friend. He will be missed by everyone that knew him, especially at the Creek!!

Met Mr Benson briefly a couple of times with Eddie at his home. He was a fine southern gentleman who loved his family. From what I've learned there wasn't anything mechanical he couldn't fix, just a great guy. He will be missed however he's one up on us. Mr Benson is where everyone wants to be, with the Lord Jesus Christ which isn't a bad place to be. We will all see him again when the Lord calls us. May God rest his soul. Amen
