Tara and Lil Red Talked to your Daddy just last week week, he made it a point to stay in touch. Before my retirement from Dow Chemical I looked forward to seeing and talking with your Dad everyday. Red never was to busy to stop and ask how the family was doing and let you know what was going on in his life. I am proud to say that I was a friend of Reds.

Tara and Lil Red, I'm so sorry to hear that your Dad and my good friend Red has passed away. I first met Red back in the '80's when I was Material Controller at the Cellulose Plant. He'd deliver packages to my warehouse twice a day 5 days a week and we became close friends. After I left that job role and relocated to another site, we stayed in touch with each other. Every few months I'd get a call from him; "Hey Chip, (how he came up with that nickname is a long story) this is Red, just calling to check on you". I will miss those phone calls. Take comfort in knowing that he and Lanky are reunited in Heaven and smiling down on you and their beloved grandchildren.
Sincerely,
Dan Bellard
