It does not seem like my best Friend has been gone from us for a year now. I am proud to say Warren was indeed, my Best Friend. We spent many a day hunting and fishing together. I have a lifetime of memories of our 'Adventures' together that ease the pain within me. Being 15 years older than me, Warren was my Friend, Mentor and motivator as soon as we met inside Exxon's Stores Department. My Daddy told me many a time "Son, if you find one REAL Friend in life, you will have accomplished quite a feat". Warren was THAT true friend to me. Our times together were so much more than just a 'hunting trip' or a 'fishing trip' with just anyone. I always considered him to be my Big Brother, along with his 'little Brother', Robert. Hunting trips to the Spillway in Lottie Louisiana were the best days of my life. We enjoyed our time together beyond explanation. Warren always made it special. My proudest day was being his Best Man at his and Cindy's Wedding. I pray I have been a good enough man to make it into Heaven and see my 'Brother' again. He is missed very deeply and, thought of every time I pick up a hunting rifle or fishing rod. Every minute on one of our 4 wheelers reminds me of Warren and all the fun we shared. I thank God for loaning me Warren. A gift that will remain with me for all eternity.

My deepest condolences to Cindy, Jason, Callie and the entire Struppeck Family. Warren was my best friend and the best hunting & fishing buddy a man could ask for. He will be sorely missed by many. He and Brother Robert gave me so many great memories in the woods and bayous that will stay with me all my days. I pray our Lord will ease the pain of this loss for his Wife and Family during these trying days of mourning. To his lovely Wife Cindy and children, please do not hesitate to call on me at any time now or in the future if I can be of any help or support to you in any way.
