Sam passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 7:56 a.m. in St. Martinville. He was 55. Visiting will be on Friday, April 13th, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland, 10 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at noon, celebrated by Rev. Todd Lloyd. Entombment will follow in Chenal Cemetery in Jarreau. Sam is survived by his mother, Patricia "Pat" Guillory Glaviano; three brothers, Victor Glaviano Jr. and wife Elaine, James Glaviano, all of Erwinville, and Nick Glaviano and wife Kathy of Ohio; niece, Michelle Glaviano Sonnier and husband Keith and their children, Brandon and Raymie Sonnier; 2 more nieces, Olivia and Victoria Glaviano. Sam was preceded in death by his father, Victor L. Glaviano; nephew, Michael B. Glaviano. Memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Sam's name.
