Jacob Alexander Roberts, a native of Baker, Louisiana born March 6, 1988, passed on February 6, 2019, in Atlanta, Georgia where he resided. Jacob was employed with Czarnowski. Visitation will be at 11:30, service at 12:30 on Saturday, February 16th at Miracle Place Church, 2080 Main Street in Baker, LA. Will be aired on Facebook live https://www.facebook.com/miracleplacechurchbaker/. Jacob felt and produced music in a way unlike most people. He believed music could transcend lives and uniquely touch people. Jacob honed his craft at Full Sail University, where he graduated salutatorian. He was passionate and larger than life, and he left a positive imprint on the lives of others. Those who knew Jacob can attest to his immense love for others. Jacob saw people through God's eyes, and believed all people are precious and redeemable. Jacob was unique and well loved, and his family would like you to know that you are too. Jacob is survived by his parents John W. Roberts, II and Debra Perault Mouton (Chet), siblings: Aaron Roberts (Hannah), Rhonda Almquist, Ryan Roberts (Tessa), Jeannie Sinclair (Ricky), grandmother Lillie Perault, step-siblings Brandi Childress, Carly Mouton, April Lewis and Chase Mouton, his love, fiance' Alexis Carraway. He will be missed by his aunts and uncles, cousins, a host of nieces, nephews, friends and God-children Joshua and Christian. Lastly, his fur-baby Gambit. Preceded in death by his grandparents Evelyn Perault, Morris V. Perault, Sr., Nettie K. Bennett and sisters Kerri Law, Michelle McKenzie, and Kelli Lee.
