"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Philippians 4:13. A loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend went to his eternal home on Thursday December 29, 2016. He was 78 years old, a native of Marksville and resident of Pride. Joe proudly served his country. He loved camping, birds, gardening, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his loving wife of 57 years, Sadie; two daughters, Selena Williamson and husband Randy, Vickie Dauzat and husband Gerald; son, Michael Normand and wife Renee`; brother, Earl Normand and wife Judy; twelve grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs on Monday January 2, 2017 from 10am until Mass at 1pm, with burial following in Evergreen Memorial Park. He was preceded in death by his twin girls; his parents, Joseph and Mary Normand; his brother Terrell; mother and father- in-law, Ogden and Cecile Armand and his great-grandson, Blaze. Sadie and family - I'm sorry for your loss. I have many wonderful memories of coming over with mama (Jeanette Silvio) to visit ya'll. Joe was always such a help to her when she called him at the bank. I remember him as a loving family man and caring friend to all. Cherish the loving memories of Joe's life.May you find comfort and peace during this time.
