A Year later and I get the heartbreaking news. Ive known Alessi since we were 16. Lost touch over the years once she moved. But the warmth of her presence will never be forgotten. The heartbreak is like we just spoken. Always with a smile never seen her upset. So Goofy and full of life. Our memories will hold a special place in my heart. You will never be forgotten. My deepest sympathy to her family especially her kids. You will forever be in my prayers. Rest on Lessi forever my friend.

She was the best teacher I've ever had. She has helped so many people throughout her time with us (2017-2018). Even though she is not here with us physically, she is here with us mentally. We love you Mrs. Thomas.

She was a phenomenal teacher, and was my foundation to middle school. I have spent two years with Ms. Thomas, if you were a student, she wouldn't get mad at you if you made a mistake, as she would help you try to succeed. I still can't believe that one year after my 5th Grade graduation and 2 years with her for math and science, she would be gone.... it just overpowers your mind that life is short when you're having fun and how something can ultimately change in a short period of time. I'll miss you Mrs. Thomas, thanks for all the good help for two school years, and goodbye. -R.I.P Alessi Anderson Thomas 1983-2018.

Psalm 23:1-4, 6 (TLB)
Because the Lord is my Shepherd, I have everything I need! He lets me rest in the meadow grass and leads me beside the quiet streams. He gives me new strength. He helps me do what honors him the most. Even when walking through the dark valley of death I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me, guarding, guiding all the way...Your goodness and unfailing kindness shall be with me all of my life, and afterwards I will live with you forever in your home.
