Mr. Andrew Bush, a retired auto mechanic and US Army Veteran, died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Our Lady of The Lake Hospital. He was a native of Ferriday, LA and resident of Baton Rouge. Mr. Bush was 87 years old. The funeral mass will take place Wednesday, June 13 10:00AM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. Internment is at Louisiana National Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 59-years, Glenda Sterling Bush; his three daughters Sonia, Dwana (Edmond) Cordova, & Donna; two sons: Andrew Garrett & Adrian (Debbie); six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; his mother Florence Matthews; two sisters; Carrie (Steve) Lewis & Dorothy (Joseph) Parker; brothers Lewis (Vina), Romie, Donnie, and Harlon (Jackie) Matthews; two sisters-in- law; three brother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Professional Services Entrusted to A. Wesley Funeral Home of Maringouin, LA.

As your neighbor, it was always a ray of sunshine watching you and your flowers. Our little boys will miss running to the fence to speak to you and bring back excitement of their interactions. You will dearly be missed.
