Jeffrey LaVelle Hyde, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the age of 38. He resided in Baton Rouge. Jeffrey was a construction worker, an accomplished tattoo artist, a loving father and a caring friend. Jeffrey is survived by 4 daughters, Sydney Layne Humphrey, Autumn Kaila Hyde, ShaeLeigh Ann Hyde, Katie Ruth Hyde; son, Tyler LaVelle Hyde; grandson, Hendrix Lane Taylor; brothers Paul Boatright and wife Dusti, David Boatwright and wife Carrie; 3 nephews, Anakin Azure, Logan Azure, Clyde Boatwright; niece, Bonnie Boatright. Preceded in death by father, Travis LaVelle Hyde; mother, Cynthia Ann Hyde; aunt, Nelda Atkins. A gathering of family and friends is scheduled at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 5PM – 9PM. A second gathering of family and friends is scheduled at Sardis Baptist Church of Winnfield, LA on Friday, March 9 2018 from 12PM – 2PM. Burial to follow at church cemetery.
