To the Scallan family. So sorry for your loss. He was always so much fun to be around, especially talking LSU baseball. Loved it when I would see him at the games. My prayers are with you and always remember the good times! Love to all !!

It was my pleasure to have had the opportunity to be Mr John's personal assistant for almost 4 years . He made me want to be a better person and for that i will be forever grateful. He loved his family beyond measure. He taught me to look at my glass as half full not have empty and if I was going to be a cat, be a wild cat. I want to thank the Scallan family for sharing Mr. John with my family. He became "ours" (Even though he fired me a million times lol) I'll remember him forever and smile with each thought. I love y'all, sunny (his big oak tree)

Miss Pam this is Tracy. I want to send my deepest condolences to Trouble. I will miss his smile and quick wit and talking to me about his camp and Guantanamo Bay. He brought a lot of smiles to me over the years with his kindness and LSU cowboy hat. Lord knows he fed us all a lot of donut holes. Where his passing is bittersweet, I know you know he is at peace. He loved you all with all his heart even when he was being stubborn. Give Miss Sunny my love too. Please let me know if you need anything.
